BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/p>\n
– Meeting point: at 12 noon at Bodegas M\u00e1ximo Abete, Ctra. Estella-Sang\u00fcesa, Km 43.50, San Mart\u00edn de Unx, 31495.
\n– Advance booking or telephone call recommended.
\n– Weekends and public holidays.
\n– Minimum group size of 6 people on weekdays.
\n– Language service available at an additional cost of \u20ac70\/hour, VAT included.
\n– Please inform us of any food intolerances or allergies.
\n– Accessible facilities. Please enquire. <\/p>\n
PAYMENT TERMS<\/p>\n
1. Payment must be made in full by card (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
\n2. For groups of more than 25 people, 50% of the total amount of the booking must be paid by card (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.<\/p>\n
CANCELLATIONS OR CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION.<\/p>\n
Cancelling a booking may result in a partial refund, depending on when the cancellation is made:
\n– Up to 2 weeks in advance: 75% refund
\n– Up to 1 week in advance: 50% refund
\n– Within the last 7 days: No refund.
\n– Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the booked places) will not be refunded unless notice is given 5 days in advance.
\n– Customers may request a change of date or time for their booking up to 10 days before the date of the excursion. The change will be subject to availability.
\n– For the \u2018Gozatu\u2019 and \u2018Gozatu & Sustraiak\u2019 experiences:
\nOn occasion, weather conditions may make it impossible to carry out the booked activity (this will be determined by the person in charge). In this case, customers may request to reschedule the activity to another date, subject to availability, or to take part in another activity with similar characteristics, or to have the booked activity adapted to take place in other areas of the winery, or to request a full refund of the amount paid. <\/p>\n
