Accompanied by a member of the family, you will spend an hour touring the drawing rooms, bedrooms, study and dining room on the main floor, where you will be told the history of the house and those who lived there. At the end of the tour, in the historic wine cellar, you will sample the family’s wines, cured meats and extra virgin olive oil.
In this way, you will be able to see for yourself the house where Isabel de Farnesio, Ferdinand VII, Maria Amalia of Saxony and Alfonso XII once stayed. Furthermore, the building also served as French barracks during the War of Independence, as Cristino barracks and a Red Cross hospital during the Carlist Wars, and as a non-commissioned officers’ school and Civil Guard headquarters during the Spanish Civil War.

What should you know?

Tours are available in Spanish and English. They are for small groups of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 14 people.

Children under 3 go free.

Visits are by appointment only. The approximate duration of the experience is 1.5 hours.

Pets are allowed in carriers. This activity is not suitable for children.
