In Olite, the wine capital of Navarre

Discover wine from the inside, in an experience that combines tradition, technique and emotion in one of Navarre’s most iconic wine tourism destinations.

We will begin with a guided tour of the winery, where you will learn in detail about the entire production process: grape reception, fermentation, winemaking systems, ageing and bottling. An educational and intimate tour that will allow you to understand how every decision made in the winery defines the personality and final style of our wines.

Next, you will enter our Aroma Room, the largest in Spain, a unique sensory space with 46 essences from the world of wine that invite you to train your sense of smell, identify nuances and discover aromatic complexity in a dynamic and surprising way.

You will also visit the small natural cork museum, where you will learn about its technical importance in the preservation and evolution of wine over time.

The experience concludes in the winery shop with a guided tasting of three wines, accompanied by our Belasco olive oil and artisan bread. A simple, balanced pairing that enhances every nuance and puts the finishing touch on an authentic experience full of character.
